韓国ソウル生まれ。90年代後半から、数多くのレコードコレクションと独自の音楽制作を基にDJ/プロデューサーとして活動を開始。彼の音楽スペクトラムは、60-70年代のジャズ、ソウル、ファンク、韓国のグルーヴから世界中の最新のグルーヴまで広がっている。
2000年には韓国で初めてオリジナルアルバムをリリースしたDJであり、そのファーストアルバム<180g beats>は、京韓メディアグループによる<20世紀の偉大な韓国ポップレコード100選>で39位にランクインした。
彼は映画、ドキュメンタリー、CMの作曲・プロデュースから、スタジオバンド「STUDIO360 GROUP」を率い、K-ポップのプロデュースにも携わっている。2019年からは音楽監督兼作曲家として、KBS（韓国放送公社）のドキュメンタリーシリーズ<現代の韓国>を指揮。彼の別のプロジェクト<ソウルの音>は、70年代の韓国のソウル、ロック、ファンクを再発見し、復活させるものである。
2018年から2022年までWORLDWIDE FMの月例ソウルチャプターエピソードを運営し、世界の聴衆に多くの古い・新しいローカルミュージックを紹介してきた。
2005年から韓国のDJシーンを代表するDJ/アーティスト集団「360 sounds」の創設者の一人である。彼自身が主催するパーティーシリーズ「Strictly Vinyl」は、Vinylだけであらゆる種類の音楽を提供し、ソウルの若者たちにVinylカルチャーと幅広い音楽スペクトラム体験を提供している。
彼が運営するレコードショップ/クリエイティブプロダクションRM360にて、音楽アドバイザー/クリエイティブディレクター/作曲家/プロデューサーとして、Hyundai Card、韓国放送公社、Samsung Galaxy 、LG、Netflix、Kakaoなど数多くのパートナーを持つ。

– started as a dj / producer since late 90s based on his numerous record collection and unique music production. his musical spectrum ranges from 60-70s jazz, soul, funk, korean groove to up-to-date grooves around the world. he’s the first DJ in korea who put his original album back in 2000. his first album, <180g beats>, made 39 on the <100 great korean pop records in 20th century list> by kyunghyang media group. he is also involved in many local cultural scenes, from composing and producing for film, documentaries, commercials as leading his studio band ‘STUDIO360 GROUP’ and even contributing production for K-pop. As a music director and composer He’s directing KBS(Korean Broadcasting System)’s documentary series <Modern Korea> as music director / composer since 2019. His another project is called <The Sound of Seoul>, which re-discovers korean soul, rock, funk from 70s and brings them back to life. running monthly seoul chapter episode for WORLDWIDE FM (2018-2022), he introduced tons of old & new local music to global audience. he’s one of the founders of local djs/artists collective “360 sounds” which represents the dj scene in korea since 2005. his own series of parties called “Strictly Vinyl” which delivers all kinds of music with vinyl only, gives a good experience of vinyl culture and wide musical spectrum to young people in seoul. Based in his record store / creative production RM360, he’s been serving as music advisor / creative director / composer / producer for numerous partners like Hyundai Card, Korean Broadcasting System, Samsung Galaxy, LG, Netflix, Kakao et al.
